Educational Philosophy

  As an educator, I believe that I will assist students in achieving greater academic achievement. I will encourage students to identify individualized educational goals, and provide the necessary guidance, collaboration, resources, and support to ensure each student’s goals reach fruition. I will intentionally work to develop student-teacher relationships built on mutual respect, which I identify as a critical element to being an effective educator. My classroom will embody positivity, sense of community, and professionalism. My ultimate goal as an educator is to create an environment, reinforced through positive relationships, that will inspire all students to reach to their full potential, both personally and academically.
