School Messenger opt-in/out information

GC-4 families,

We're moving toward a more convenient way to communicate via TEXT MESSAGING!  If you wish to receive text messages about emergency alerts, information and announcements pertaining to your student’ you will need to do two things:

Make sure the SMS text phone number(s) on file at your child’s school is up-to-date.

  1. Text “Y” (or “yes) to 67587.

You may also reply “Y” (or “yes”) to the opt-in invitation text message that will be sent February 15.

Text messaging will be used as an additional method of communication for our families. If you do not opt-in you will not receive text messages. You may also text “N” (or “no”) if you do not want to receive any text messages.

For more information about the text notification option, click here for frequently asked questions.  Messages and data rates may apply depending on the plan associated with the wireless device.

Sports Physicals Update

The Grandview CSD #4 Athletic Department will no longer accept paper copies of MSHSAA Sports Physicals.  Parents will now use the application PRIVIT to submit all physical information.  Parents must set-up  a PRIVIT Profile Account and fill out all required online forms.  This can be done online at https://grandviewbulldogs-mo.e-ppe.com/index.jspa or on the PRIVIT: Health Profiles App on your smartphone or tablet.  After your child visits the doctor, you must upload the completed MSHSAA Physical Form (page signed by doctor) to your PRIVIT Account.
