ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The Lenexa Ups facility is hiring. Stop in the counseling office for a flyer.
Andy’s Frozen Custard is now hiring in Kansas City. Stop by the counseling office for an employment opportunity flyer.
Frontier Bag, a plastic bag manufacturer, is hiring production line workers for their warehouse on 150 Hwy. Stop by the counseling office for a flyer.
Any GHS senior who will be eligible for graduation at semester and plans to access A+ scholarship funding must provide the GHS A+ office with the following:
1) Confirmation number of completed FAFSA application
2) Confirmation of required service hours
3) Completed A+ designation college forms
4) Confirmation of selective service registration (males only)
The deadline is December 14th!
Omicron Xi Lambda Foundation 2017 Brandon C. Fauntleroy-McDowel Scholarship – This $1,000 scholarship is open to graduating high school male seniors in Grandview or the Kansas City metropolitan area. The applicant must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. The application deadline is March 10, 2017. The application is available in the counseling center.
