Who: Any student who will be participating in athletics/activities during the 2018-19 school year for Grandview H.S or our middle school athletic programs. Only physicals completed after 2/1/18 will be valid for the next school year.

What Needed: Set-Up PRIVIT Profile Account and fill out all required online forms. This can be done online at https://grandviewbulldogs-mo.e-ppe.com/index.jspa or on the PRIVIT: Health Profiles App on your smartphone or tablet.
